During our intial conversation I was very skeptical about my therapy as I was insisted by my friend to visit therapy for my traumas. Nikita was humble and polite as we worked our way through self worth to my denial to my healing. So it was quite a journey of healing and her asking open ended question which makes a person introspec. Had a wonderful experience of healing.

I'll say it here again what I told my therapist as my take away from the sessions. Your material failures can be turned into a success with more practice & efforts, and you may also get rewarded for it. But failures at emotional level, such as heartbreaks, can't be converted into a success with more overthinking or trials. There's no reward if you succeed in understanding your own emotions and saving yourself from your own self belittling thoughts. But it's worth it. Be kind to yourself. Theropy did help me to get back on my feet. An external nudge was required for me to understand when to stop. I got time to time constructive feedback to channelise my thoughts well. Thanks for the help. :)
At once I know being emotional or vulnerable doesn't make you look weak. It makes you become more human. Love.
“You can only understand people if you feel them in yourself.” - This quote by John Steinbeck is what comes to mind when I think of Nikita.
Not only did she give me safe space sans judgment to share my tribulations resulting from battling the frontlines as COVID-19 physician but she also helped me find myself again.
I was able to wean out of medications for depression, rekindle my passion for writing and find peace through the sport of boxing. While I am out of active therapy, I still reach out to her during challenging times because self-discovery and self-love is a never-ending process.
I recommend her to those battling personal struggles but who are facing high inertia to share their problems with others. The reason is, she is very patient and carries you at your pace rather than hers.
Nikita mam is always supportive and gives practical solution how we overcome issue. she give assurance all the time that she is with us in any issue. she suggest us best technique how to overcome issue.she is having good language skills(English, Hindi etc)which is comfortable for us to communicate. She always divert us to best positive solution not just giving false assurance. she having experience and good knowledge of how thought process work and what are its consequence. I have been in therapy for about 6 years now. Nikita is my fifth therapist. After 7-8 sessions (over two months), I have made a major breakthrough. I have been feeling much more comfortable with myself and I'm extremely happy. This is the first time I have felt this free and unburdened from anxiety in more than a decade.
Nikita's approach was balanced to make sure I was making my own conclusions with minimal but sharp guidance. I definitely had a lot more homework than my previous therapists but it was worth it. I think the rapid pace also helped keep me on my toes and not relapse into old thought patterns.
Nikita was also sensitive about not pushing too hard too soon. The sessions are structured to allow for exploration and discovery but also with a clear outcome after each session.
I also liked the end of session summary which helped me refocus and plan for next week.
Wholeheartedly recommend for newcomers! I wish I'd started with Nikita sooner.
If you have already been in therapy and feel like it's not working, I'd suggest trying out 3-4 sessions with Nikita first.

The therapy sessions with Nikita Agrawal were really effective for me. I started consulting her to address my crying spells. Within a few months, the frequency of such instances came down drastically. The best part of her therapy sessions is that she tries to understand the core reasons of the issues and tries to resolve them. Most of the people go through troubled times at one or another point of life. I was also going through such phase of life and it was then when i decided to counsel with someone . I met Miss Nikita , with ongoing sessions she made me believe that no matter how big the problem is , it will never be bigger than you and you can always find the solution for one. I was suicidal and had a lot of issues mentally. I got help after a friend of mine insisted me to get it. I needed it more than I realised. I'm much better now after around 8 months. She is really friendly and professional the same time. I felt comfortable sharing my most sensitive issues while feeling secure. And eventually processed everything in in a healthy way. She explained explained everything (the methods we used to process the memories)that we did in details at a level I could understand. The pace at which we moved forward was all adjusted according to my needs.
